Decent value, slight delay

I purchased a 'hamac de jardin' and a 'kit de fixation hamac'. The quality of the hammock is quite good for the price, seems durable. The fixation kit was solid too. My only minor complaint was that delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a day longer than the estimate. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was positive. Overall, a solid purchase, just a small hiccup with the shipping time.

Smooth order, quality accessories

My recent order from Hamac Zen was for a 'support de hamac en bois' and a 'moustiquaire pour hamac'. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I received a confirmation email promptly. Delivery took about a week, which was within their stated timeframe. The wooden support arrived well-packaged and all parts were included; assembly was manageable with the provided instructions. The mosquito net fit perfectly over my existing hammock, and the material feels durable. I contacted their support once about a tracking question and they responded within a day. Everything met my expectations, and the products seem to be of good quality for outdoor use. Happy with the overall experience.

Always a good experience

I've bought from Hamac Zen several times now, and they're consistently reliable. This time I got a 'hamac double' and it's just as good quality as the 'hamac sur pied' I bought last year. Shipping was quick again. That's why I keep coming back.

Love my new hamac!

I just received my 'hamac brésilien' and it's fantastic! The colors are so vibrant and the fabric is incredibly soft. It was really easy to hang up with the 'sangles de suspension' I also got. I spent all afternoon just relaxing in it! I'm definitely going to get one for my sister soon!

Nice hanging chair

So, I decided to get one of those 'fauteuil suspendu' for my patio. It arrived pretty fast, like in 4 days. Putting it together was easy enough. It feels sturdy and it's super comfy. Totally happy with it, looks great in the garden.

What's the deal with payment options? Can I use PayPal or is it just credit cards?

W Wendy C. 1 month ago

Pretty sure they take PayPal. I paid with it last time.

S Sarah W. 1 month ago

Yeah, they have all the standard stuff, including PayPal. I think I even saw options for installment payments for bigger orders.

Thinking of ordering a wood hammock stand, but I'm worried about returns if it's too big for my garden. How easy is their return process?

A Anna Silva 2 months ago

Returns were surprisingly easy for me. I had to send back a cushion that wasn't the right color, and they processed it pretty fast.

I returned a swing chair once and it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you keep the original packaging, that always helps.

Got a coupon code from their newsletter, can I use it with something that's already on sale?

B Brett 1 month ago

Nah, usually you can only use one promo at a time. Learned that the hard way during the summer sale.

B Brett 1 month ago

Afraid not, their codes generally don't stack with other discounts. You gotta pick which one gives you the better deal.

Do they ever do free shipping? Or is it always extra?

W Wendy N. 2 months ago

They often have free shipping offers, especially for orders over a certain amount, or sometimes with a promo code. Keep an eye out!

Yes, I got free shipping on my last order. Sometimes they'll announce it on the homepage or in their newsletter.

hey, any idea if there's a welcome discount for first-time buyers? just signed up for the newsletter but didn't see anything specific yet.

A Amber 1 month ago

Yeah, they usually send a welcome code for your first purchase after you sign up for the newsletter. Might take a day or two to hit your inbox.

Check your spam folder! I got a percentage off code for my first order pretty quickly after signing up.

Anyone know how long shipping usually takes to Paris? Trying to get a hanging chair before a party next weekend.

R Rosa Beaumont 2 months ago

For Paris, I think it's usually pretty quick, like 3-5 days? They ship from France so it's not like coming from super far.

C Carly G. 2 months ago

Mine arrived in 4 days in Lyon, so Paris should be similar or even faster. You should be good for your party!

Hey, thinking about getting one of those double hammocks. Are they pretty spacious? Like, can two adults actually chill comfortably or is it more for show?

T Tom 2 months ago

Yeah, I have one and it's definitely big enough for two! My partner and I use it all the time. Plenty of room.

C Cody F. 2 months ago

They're generous, for sure. Just check the weight limit on the product page to be safe, but usually they can handle a good amount.

Is Hamac Zen generally considered legit? Or are there better places for quality hammocks?

R Rosa 2 months ago

Totally legit. I've bought two hammocks and a stand from them over the years and never had an issue. Good quality stuff.

L Laura F. 2 months ago

They're good! I've compared their stuff to La Siesta before and while La Siesta is also great, Hamac Zen is solid and often has better deals.
